Shipping: WE SHIP WORLDWIDE! Fragrant Rain Soap ships worldwide. All items are shipped UPS or USPS within 1-3 business days. You will be able to see the total amount for shipping before placing your order. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If you use PayPal for your purchase, you will need to have a confirmed address on file with them. In our effort to help the environment, we reuse packing peanuts that have been sent to us.

Gift Orders (Domestic): Gift Orders are always welcome! When you check out, you may change your address to the recipient's name and address. We will send a note card with the package telling the recipient who the package is from and any other message you would like to include. You can write the message under Special Instructions or Comments about Your Order (below Zone Rates on the Shipping Method page).
Shipping Methods
Domestic Priority Mail and UPS: We offer Zone based shipping to keep your costs low. We do not ship to PO Boxes because we may use UPS for a particular package.
International Mail: We offer Zone based shipping to keep your costs low. International packages may take 10-14 business days for delivery.
Billing and Shipping Addresses Must Match to Ship Internationally. If duties and taxes are assessed on the contents, they will be the responsibility of the Buyer. If a package is damaged or lost in transit Internationally, we cannot be held responsible and cannot replace it. Fortunately, we have never experienced this. You may contact the carrier for information about tracking a package.
Addresses given at checkout: It is crucial that you provide accurate and complete recipient shipping information, (Physical Street Address - We do not ship to PO Boxes) and a correct recipient phone number. Include bldg#, floor, business name, suite#, apt#, etc. We are not responsible for replacing or reshipping packages sent to incorrect or incomplete recipient addresses and recipient phone numbers. You will be charged for all return shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete recipient information provided. If the recipient is not at home, carriers at their discretion, may leave the package at recipient's front door.
Products shipped were incorrect or mishandled in transit: If we ship something incorrectly to you or you receive a damaged product, email us immediately. We will email you a Return Authorization Number. Carefully package the product in the original shipping box with plenty of packaging material and a copy of your invoice. Please write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the shipping box. Packages must be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, in order to be accepted. Once we receive your package, we will send you the correct or identical product in the mail and give you store credit for the cost to ship it back to us.
Return and Exchange Policy: We believe you will truly love our body care products. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, our goal is to create happiness.
Products may be returned or exchanged with the following guidelines:
1. Product must be returned in new, unused, resalable condition inside it's original packaging.
2. Product must be shipped back to us in the original shipping box within 30 days of delivery, via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, in order to be accepted.
3. Email us, and please give us a reason for your return or exchange. We will email you a Return Authorization Number. Carefully package the product in the original shipping box with plenty of packaging material and a copy of your invoice. Please write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the shipping box.
4. Products that are to be exchanged, were purchased with Gift Certificates, or were gifts, will be given store credit.
5. Once we receive your package, we will issue you a refund or store credit for the purchase price of the product, less shipping and handling. Please allow us up to 14 days to receive and process your return.
