1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 You will be able to access most areas of this Website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this Website are only open to you if you register.
1.2 We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superceded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions after we have given notice, you should not continue to use this Website.
2. ORDERING FROM US
2.1 You may place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we change the order status to "processing". We will send you a confirmation by email. Whether we change the status to "shipped" or not, your purchase contract is in effect after 2 hours of placing your order and cannot be cancelled after that.
2.3 We may refuse to accept an order for the following reasons:
- where goods are not available;
- where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment;
- if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
- if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
3. PRICING
3.1 Our prices are in U.S. currency.
3.2 Where we charge separately for shipping and handling, insurance, or state tax, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.
4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
4.1 If you wish to cancel your order: without exception, you must notify us by email within 2 hours of placing your order. Our turn around time on processing an order is very quick and once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
4.2 We believe you will truly love our body care products. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, our goal is to create happiness.
Products may be returned or exchanged with the following guidelines:
1. Product must be returned in new, unused, resalable condition inside it's original packaging.
2. Product must be shipped back to us in the original shipping box within 30 days of delivery, via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, in order to be accepted.
3. Email us, and please give us a reason for your return or exchange. We will email you a Return Authorization Number. Carefully package the product in the original shipping box with plenty of packaging material and a copy of your invoice. Please write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the shipping box.
4. Products that are to be exchanged, were purchased with Gift Certificates, or were gifts, will be given store credit.
5. Once we receive your package, we will issue you a refund or store credit for the purchase price of the product, less shipping and handling. Please allow us up to 14 days to receive and process your return.
4.3 If we ship something incorrectly to you or you receive a damaged product, email us immediately. We will email you a Return Authorization Number. Carefully package the product in the original shipping box with plenty of packaging material and a copy of your invoice. Please write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the shipping box. Packages must be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, in order to be accepted. Once we receive your package, we will send you the correct or identical product in the mail and give you store credit for the cost to ship it back to us.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
5.1 The User acknowledges that the Fragrant Rain Soap website contains intellectual property that is protected by state and/or federal trademark, trade secret and/or copyright laws. The User agrees not to reproduce, print, use, download, distribute copies or create close facsimiles of the works contained on this website such as (logos, product names, product descriptions, product brand names, trademarks, photographs and graphical images, The Story of Soap text, or use any action that may violate the intellectual property rights of Fragrant Rain Soap.
5.2 The copyright and other intellectual property rights in all materials on this Website (including and without limitation, photographs and graphical images) are owned by us. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, any use of extracts from this Website for any purpose is prohibited.
